Representative Anderson moved
HF6 to the committee.
HF6 (Lenczewski) Relating to taxation; conforming certain income, franchise, and property tax refund provisions for tax year 2012 to the provisions of the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 and the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012.
The committee heard testimony from Susie Brown of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, Todd Koch of the Minnesota CPA, Eric Hall of Delta Airlines and Susan VonMosch of the Department of Revenue.
Representative Anderson moved
HF63 to the committee.
Revenue estimates for
HF6 and
HF63 were heard from Cynthia Templin and Katherine Schill.
HF63 (Davids) Relating to taxation; conforming certain income, franchise, and property tax refund provisions for tax year 2012 to the provisions of the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 and the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012.

HF63 to be laid over for further consideration.
