Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM April 3 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Mahoney presented HF1431 (Mahoney) Qualified data center tax exemption provided.

Representative Hornstein presented HF1440 (Hornstein) Domestic corporation definition expanded to include foreign corporations incorporated in or doing business in tax havens.
