Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm March 6 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF1012 (Beard) Industrial measurement manufacturing and controls facility construction taxation exemption provided for.

HF1012 was laid over for possible inclusion to an Omnibus Tax bill.
The committee heard a continuation of
HF885 (Clark) Tax rates increased under the alcoholic beverage excise tax, alcohol health and judicial impact fund established, deposit of revenue provided for, and money appropriated.
Representative Lenczewski moved to amend
HF885 as follows:
Page 2, line 2.14, delete "69", and insert "34". Page 2, line 2.18, delete, "$69,000", and insert "$34,000".
