Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm February 13 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
Vice Chair Loeffler moved the minutes from February 12th.
The minutes were adopted.

Ann Finn of League of Minnesota Cities testified in favor of

HF118 was laid over for possible inclusion to the Taxes Omnibus bill. No further action was taken on the bill.

Representative Anzelc moved the H0428A1 amendment to the committee.
The H0428A1 amendment was adopted.
Marcus Bruning of the St. Louis County Regional Radio Board testified in favor of

Joe Venne, Beltrami County Commissioner and President of AMC testified in favor of

The H0469A2 amendment was withdrawn.
