Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 1:01 pm February 12th in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Barrett assumed the gavel at 1:02 pm.
Representative Carlson moved the minutes from February 6th and February 7th.
The minutes were adopted.
Representative Drazkowski moved
HF304 to the committee.
Representative Drazkowski moved the H0304A1 amendment to the committee.
The H0304A1 amendment was adopted.
Beth Strinden Kadoun of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce testified in favor of
HF304.
Mike Bromelkamp of the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce testified in favor of
HF304.
The bill was laid over for possible inclusion to the Tax Omnibus bill. No further action was taken on the bill.
Representative Drazkowski moved
HF288 to the committee.
Represesntative Drazkowski moved H0288A1 amendment to the committee.
The H0288A1 amendment was adopted.
Beth Strinden Kadoun of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce testified in favor of
HF288.
Mike Bromelkamp of the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce testified in favor of
HF288.
The bill was laid over for possible inclusion to the Taxes Omnibus bill. No further action was taken on the bill.
Representative Barrett referred
HF69, 102, 297, 314, 324, 333, 377, 413 to the committee on Property and Local Tax Division.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:24 pm.
