Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. February 5 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The minutes were adopted.

Representative Lillie moved
HF71 to the committee.
Representative Lillie moved the H0071DE2 Amendment to
HF71 to the committee.
The H0071DE2 Amendment was adopted.
Joel Michael provided an overview of the
HF71 as amended.
Joel Michael answered questions of the committee.
Representative Dettmer answered questions of the committee.
Representative Anderson moved
HF206 to the committee.
David Minkkinen of Minnesota High Tech Association provided testimony in favor of
HF206.
Representative Anderson and Mr. Minkkinen answered questions of the committee.

HF206 were laid over for possible inclusion to the Taxes Omnibus bill.
