Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. January 24th in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson moved the minutes from January 15th, 16th, 17th and the 23rd.
The minutes were adopted.
Representative Carlson moved
HF6 before the committee.
Representative Carlson recommended that
HF6 pass and is referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
The motion prevailed.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:35 p.m.

HF6 (Lenczewski) Income, franchise, and property tax refund provisions for tax year 2012 conformed to the provisions of the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 and the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012; and provisions changed relating to the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board.
