Representative Murphy, Chair of Committee on State Government Finance and Veterans Affairs, called the meeting to order at 12:33 March 11, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chair Murphy moved that
HF525 be recommended to pass and be referred to the committee on Public Safety.
Chair Murphy moved the 525A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Murphy renews the motion to lay over
