Representative John Benson, Vice-Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:38 AM on Friday, May 10, 2013, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.

Representative John Ward moved approval of the Thursday, May 9, 2013 minutes.

Vice-Chair John Benson moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Tuesday, May 14, 2013 be adopted.

Vice-Chair Benson moved approval of 2013-R15. Resolution on Facilities.

The committee recessed at 9:40 AM.
The committee reconvened at 7:05 PM in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that
HF157 be passed and sent to the General Register.
Representative Hilstrom moved to amend
HF157 as follows: delete lines 4.11 through 4.16.

Chair Erin Murphy renewed her motion that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that
HF157 be passed as amended and sent to the General Register.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that
HF1801 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
