Representative John Benson, Vice-Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:24 AM on Monday, May 6, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Lillie moved approval of the Friday, May 3, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Vice-Chair John Benson moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, May 8, 2013 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:25.
