Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:35 AM on Thursday, May 2, 2013, in Room 118 of the Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Wednesday, May 1, 2013 minutes.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Monday, May 6, 2013 be adopted.
