Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:32 AM on Monday, April 29, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Thursday, April 25, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, May 1, 2013 be adopted.
