Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:38 AM on Thursday, April 25, 2013, in Room 118 of the Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Wednesday, April 24, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Monday, April 29, 2013 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved to take HF1684 off of the table.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that HF1684 be passed and placed on the General Register.
Judd Schetnan, Director of Government Affairs of the Metropolitan Council, testified in support of HF1684.
Chair Erin Murphy renewed her motion that HF1684 be passed and placed on the General Register.
