Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:31 AM on Monday, April 22, 2013, in Room 118 of the Capitol.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, April 24, 2013 be adopted.

Representative Carlson moved approval of the Friday, April 19, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that
HF814 be passed and sent to the General Register
Chair Erin Murphy moved to amend
HF814 with Amendment A13-0493.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Bill Bond, Executive Director of Minnesota Crop Production Retailers Association, testified in support of Amendment A13-0493.
Chair Erin Murphy renewed the motion that
HF814 be passed as amended and sent to the General Register.
