Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:45 AM on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Thursday, March 7, 2013 minutes.

HF1358 (Falk) be re-referred to the Environment Policy Committee and that subsequent actions on this bill under rule 1.10 of the House Rules be waived.

HF1359 (Mahoney) Worker's compensation various policy and housekeeping changes made, advisory council recommendations adopted, and report required.
HF1389 (Kahn) Finance and budget provisions changed, Office of MN.IT Services added to provisions and MN.IT provisions changed, and state information network exempted from term limitations on contracts.
HF1390 (Kahn) Geospatial Information Office provisions updated.
HF1448 (Norton) Home and community-based service payment methodology modified.
