MINUTES
Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:37 AM on Thursday, April 4, 2013, in the Basement hearing room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Tuesday, April 2, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Monday, April 8, 2013 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Erin Murphy moved that the House Budget Recommendation for FY 2014-15 be adopted.
Jim Reinholdz, House Controller, testified on the budget recommendation.
Representative Sarah Anderson moved to strike tuition from the memo on page 3.
THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE BUDGET WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved
HF978 (Huntley) be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register, and that subsequent actions on this bill under joint rule 2.03 be waived.
