Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:06 PM on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hortman moved approval of the Monday, February 4, 2013 minutes.
THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Thursday, February 7, 2013.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:09 PM.
