Representative Paymar, Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:06 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Simon moved that the minutes of the April 2nd, 2013 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF557 (Carlson) Hennepin County; regional 911 emergency communications center funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Rep. Simon moved that
HF557 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Capital Investment.
Testifying on behalf of
HF557 were:

Captain James Bayer - Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, Communications Division
Rep. Simon renewed his motion that
