Representative Paymar, Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. Tuesday, March 19th, 2013. in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Kieffer moved that
HF142 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF790 (Johnson, S.) Conditional release terms clarified.
Chair Paymar moved that
HF790 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
