MINUTES
Representative Paymar, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Lesch moved that the minutes from the March 12, 2013 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1126 (Winkler) Criminal sexual conduct offenses expanded for persons in current or recent positions of authority over juveniles.
Chair Paymar moved that
HF1126 be recommended to pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Public Safety Finance Bill.

HF1010 be recommended to pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Public Safety Finance Bill.

Rep. Simonson moved to amend
HF449 as follows: (see attached; A13-0207)
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Chair Paymar moved that
HF1400 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Chair Paymar moved to amend
HF1400 as follows:
Page 7, Line 18: Strike "abuse" and insert "conduct"
