Representative Paymar, Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:11 a.m. March 6, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF88 (Dettmer) Rehabilitation presumption established through a person's honorable military service following a prior offense.
Rep. Cornish moved that

HF411 (Hilstrom) Money used or intended for use to facilitate a prostitution or sex trafficking offense forfeiture provided for.
Rep. Hilstrom moved that

HF1051 (Rosenthal) Crime victim rights and programs statutory provisions clarified.
Rep. Rosenthal moved that
HF1051 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law.

HF1214 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.
