Representative Paymar, Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. on Thursday, January 31st in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Kieffer moved that the minutes from the January 31, 2013 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Overview of racial disparities research.
