Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 A.M. on March 13, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

HF1255 (Johnson) Office of Broadband Development established in the Department of Employment and Economic Development, and duties assigned; Department of Transportation required to post a database on its website, and reports required.
Chair Johnson moved that
HF1255 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Policy.
