COMMITTEE ON LABOR, WORKPLACE, AND REGULATED INDUSTRIES

MINUTES

Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 A.M. on February 20, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Savick moved that the minutes of February 13, 2013 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF389 (Lesch) Collection of 911 fees from prepaid wireless telecommunications services and prepaid E911 services provided for.

Representative Johnson moved that HF389 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy.

Representative Johnson moved that HF389 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
