Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18 A.M. on February 13, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative O'Neill moved that the minutes of January 30, 2013 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
