Representative Debra Hilstrom, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:15 on April 2, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Scott moved adoption of the March 20, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Bly moved that
HF873 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus bill.
