MINUTES
Representative Hilstrom, Chair of Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:15 PM on February 19, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Melin called the meeting to order.
At 2:20 PM a quorum was present.
Jeff Shorba, State Court Administrator, Judge Robert Rancourt, 10th Judicial District, Judge Todd Barnette, 4th Judicial District, and Judge Kerry Meyer, 4th Judicial District provided a presentation of Minnesota's specialty courts and took questions from the committee.
Rep Bly moved approval of the minutes from February 13, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:25 PM.
