Chair Metsa called the meeting to order at 2:19 PM, Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll; and a quorum was present.

Rep. Mahoney moved
HF1045 (Mahoney) Technology corporate franchise tax certificate transfer program established, to be passed and re-referred to the Tax Committee.
Testifier: Shea Mandle, LifeScience Alley
Rep. Mahoney renewed the motion to move
HF1045 to be re-referred to the Tax Committee.
Motion prevailed.
Rep. Gunther moved to present an informational hearing on HFXXXX (Gunther), Southern and Southwestern Minnesota Initiative Foundation Collaborative Pilot Project.
Testifiers: Pam Bishop, Senior Program Officer, Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation; Scott Marquart, Vice President of Southwest Initiative Foundation, Hutchinson.
Rep. Mahoney presented the Jobs & Economic Development Finance and Policy Omnibus bill to the committee.
Chair Metsa adjourned the meeting at 3:34 PM.
