Vice-Chair Bly called the thirteenth meeting of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy to order at 12:34pm on 3/6/2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Fischer moved that the minutes of February 27, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Isaacson moved that
HF485 (Allen) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy.
Representative Allen presented
HF485 (Allen). Director of child sex trafficking prevention established, sexually exploited youth provisions modified, grant programs established and amended relating to combating sexual exploitation of youth, related services and housing provided to victims, and money appropriated.

Representative Metsa moved that
HF829 (Allen) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law.
Representative Allen presented
HF829 (Allen). Eviction expungement motion, wrongful entry by landlord penalty and filing, and real property conveyance notice requirements changed; new emergency tenant remedy actions created; and section 8 eviction actions in foreclosed residential properties requirements repealed.

HF536 (Davnie). Sellers in real estate sales for contracts for deed notice requirement, and civil action remedy for violations of the notice requirements for contracts for deed created.

HF536 (Davnie) for consideration at a later meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
