Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM on March 11, 2013, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Dorholt moved that the minutes of March 6, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Office of Higher Education (OHE) continued its overview of post-secondary education in Minnesota, including state grant spending and part time students.
