Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM on March 4, 2013, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Dorholt moved that the minutes of February 26 and 27, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Office of Higher Education (OHE) began its overview of post-secondary education in Minnesota, including enrollment, graduation rates, degrees awarded, and student loan debt.
