MINUTES
Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM on February 11, 2013, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dorholt moved that the minutes of February 6, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The University of Minnesota continued its financial overview to members of the committee.
