Representative Franson moved the minutes of March 8 be approved. Motion prevailed. Minutes approved.

HF947 (Liebling) Minnesota sex offender program civil commitment law distinguished and clarified from other civil commitments, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Committee.
