Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:18 PM March 6, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Laine presented information on
HF662 (Laine) Radon education disclosure required for residential real property, provisions changed for tuberculosis standards, adverse health events reporting requirements changed, poison control program modified, liability coverage provided for volunteer medical personnel and agreements to conduct criminal background studies permitted, occupational therapy practitioners defined, and prescribing authority amended for legend drugs.

Representative Gruenhagen moved the minutes of March 5 be approved. Motion prevailed. Minutes approved.
Chair Liebling moved that
HF662 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Committee.
Chair Liebling moved amendment H0662A1 of
HF662 be adopted. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.
Chair Liebling moved amendment H0662A2-1 of
HF662 be adopted. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.
Chair Liebling moved the oral amendment to the amendment H0662A2-1 to delete "licensed" and insert "registered" on line 3.29. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.
