Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:18 PM February 27, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Benson moved that the minutes of February 26, 2013 be approved. Motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.
Chair Liebling moved that
HF262 (Halverson) Spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury research grant program established, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury advisory committee established, and money appropriated, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Government Operations Committee.

Chair Liebling withdrew her motion of the oral amendment of
HF582.
Chair Liebling renewed her motion that
HF582 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register. Motion prevailed.
Representative Lohmer noted an error on the minutes of February 26, 2013 moved by Representative Benson. Representative Benson withdrew his motion to approve the minutes of February 26, 2013. Minutes to be amended and approved next committee.

HF176 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee.

Representative Loeffler moved that amendment H0195A1 of
HF196 be adopted. Motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
