Chair Thomas Huntley called the sixth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Committee to order at 10:07 a.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Newton moved approval of the January 24 minutes. The motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.
Continuation of Overview, Health and Human Services 2014-2015 Biennial Budget, by Assistant Commissioner of Health Care Scott Leitz and Assistant Commissioner of Continuing Care, Loren Colman.
Chair Huntley introduced 11th and 12th grade students visiting the Capitol as part of the Historical Society Capitol Historic Site's "Voice of the People: Your Role in Minnesota Government" tour and education program.
Chair Huntley adjourned the meeting at 11:32 a.m.
