The twenty-third meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Committee was called to order at 10:12 a.m. in Room 200 of the State Office Building on Thursday, March 6, 2013. A quorum was present and the committee legislative assistant noted the roll:

Representative McDonald moved approval of the March 5, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed.
Dr. George Hoffman, Department of Human Services did a presentation on the February 2013 Forecast.
Discussion followed.
HF353 (Davnie) - Children's school-based mental health grants funding appropriated.
In Representative Davnie's absence, Representative Abeler (co-author) moved
HF353 be recommended to pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill.
Upon Representative Davnie's arrival, he spoke briefly to his bill. Testifiers were:

Discussion followed and Chair Huntley laid the bill over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance omnibus bill and adjourned the meeting at 11:34 a.m.
