Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 10:02am on February 26, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lien moved approval of the minutes from February 19, 2013 and February 20, 2013. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chair Nelson moved that
HF409 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Capital Investment.
Chair Nelson moved to amend
HF409 (See attached H0409A35 amendment). THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Drazkowski moved to amend
HF409, as amended, as follows:
Page 6, Line 11, after "entity", insert ", in partnership with representatives of the city experienced in matters of planning, supporting, and administering development activities."
