Representative Wagenius, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:19 a.m., Thursday, March 14th, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Wagenius moved that
HF207 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Legacy Committee.
Chair Wagenius moved to amend
HF207 (see attached amendment H0207A1) THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Rep. Lillie explained his bill (
HF207) and answered questions from members of the Committee.
Bill Becker, Executive Director - Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LSOHC), introduced himself for the record, testified on
HF207, and answered questions from members of the Committee.

Jane Kingston, Citizen Member - Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LSOHC), introduced herself for the record and testified against the H0207A2.
