Representative Wagenius, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:16 a.m., Thursday, February 21st, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Dave Schad, Deputy Commissioner - Department of Natural Resources, introduced himself for the record and introduced Steve Hirsh, Director, Ecological Waters Resources Division.
Steve Hirsch, Director, Ecological Waters Resources Division - Department of Natural Resources, introduced himself for the record and gave a presentation and overview of the DNR 2012 Supplemental Budget Language for Aquatic Invasive Species watercraft surcharge.
Courtland Nelson, Director, Parks and Trails Division - Department of Natural Resources, introduced himself for the record and gave a presentation and budget overview of DNR Parks and Trails.
Questions from members of the Committee were answered by the presenters over the course of the presentations.
Representative Falk moved approval of the committee meeting minutes for Feb 12th, 14th and 19th. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:49 a.m.
