MINUTES
Representative Benson, J., temporary Chair of the Committee on Environment and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, January 31st, 2013, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Chair Wagenius resumed the chair at 8:20 a.m.
John Jaschke, Executive Director - Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, addressed the committee, made a presentation on the budget overview of the Board of Water and Soil Resources and answered questions from members of the Committee.
Chair Wagenius, addressed the Committee regarding upcoming meetings.
Representative Falk moved adoption of the committee meeting minutes for January 10th, 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th, and 29th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:46 a.m.
