MINUTES
Representative David Dill, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the fourteenth meeting to order at 4:10 p.m., on March 20, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF683.

Representative Isaacson moved that
HF757 – relating to natural resources; providing Minnesota Zoo certain wild animal exemptions – be recommended to pass and be re-referred to Rules Committee.

Paul Anderson, Board of Animal Health, and Lee Ehmke, MN Zoo, spoke on behalf of
HF757.
Representative Isaacson renewed his motion that
HF757 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to Rules Committee.

HF1442 – relating to natural resources; establishing aquatic invasive species decal requirements and fees; eliminating aquatic invasive species trailer decal requirements – be recommended to pass and be re-referred to Rules Committee.
