ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Peter Fischer, Vice Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the fifth meeting to order at 4:05 p.m., on February 13, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Ward, JoAnn, moved the minutes of February 6, 2013, be approved.
MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Fabian moved that
HF218 - making the free deer license for disabled veterans permanent - be laid over for possible inclusion in the Game and Fish Omnibus bill.
Representative Anderson, S., presented her bill.
Mr. Terrence Logan, Minnetonka, testified on behalf of the bill.
Kathy DonCarlos, of the Department of Natural Resources, answered questions and commented on the department's licensing system.
Representative Fabian renewed his motion that
HF218 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Game and Fish Omnibus bill.
