Representative Will Morgan, Vice-Chair of the Energy Policy Committee, called the nineteenth meeting to order at 8:10 P.M. on, March 13, 2013, in the basement room of the State Office Building.

HF956 (Hortman) Cogeneration and small power production; net metered systems and aggregation of meters governing provisions modified, cumulative generation limits prohibited, rulemaking authorized, solar electricity standard established, and energy improvements program repayment period clarified.
