MINUTES
Representative Melissa Hortman, Chair of the Energy Policy Committee, called the twelfth meeting to order at 12:31 P.M. on, February 25, 2013, in room 10 of the State Office Building.
Representative Hortman recessed the Committee until 1:00 P.M.
Representative Hortman reconvened the Committee to order at 1:04 P.M.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.
