Representative Simon, Chair of Committee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 12:30pm on February 28, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Winkler moved approval of meeting minutes of the February 21, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed.

HF799 (Simon) Agreement among the states to elect the President by national popular vote.
Rep. Simon moved
HF799 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
