Representative Simon, Chair of Committee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 12:30pm on February 12, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Halverson moves approval of February 7, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed.
Overview of Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board recommendations for a 2013 Minnesota public integrity law led by:
Gary Goldsmith, Executive Director, Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board
Rep. Halverson assumed Chair at 1:04pm.
Rep. Simon assumed Chair at 1:25pm.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:00pm.
