Representative Simon, Chair of Committee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 12:30pm on February 19, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Halverson moves approval of February 12, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed.
HF591 (Sanders) Partisan office vacancy nomination procedures modified, and money appropriated.
Chair Simon moved approval of
HF591 to be re-referred to State Government Finance.

Chair Simon renewed motion to approve
HF591 to be referred to State Government Finance. The motion prevailed.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:00pm.
