Representative Simon, Chair of Committee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm on January 17, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Minutes from the January 15, 2013 meeting were approved.
Testimony regarding voting delays in 2012 general election was heard from:

Miriam Braunhausen, Blue Earth County Election Judge
Malda Farnham, Blue Earth County Election Judge
Dean Olson, Minneapolis Voter
Eric Reichwald, Minneapolis Voter
Overview of campaign finance and public disclosure issues
Gary Goldsmith, Executive Director, Minneapolis Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board
Jeff Sigurdson, Assistant Executive Director, Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board
The meeting was adjourned at 2pm.
