Representative Mariani, Chair of Committee on Education Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:06 A.M. February 21, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

HF261 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the House Floor.
Rep. Newton presented
HF261 (Newton); School districts allowed to begin the school year before Labor Day.
